Plans are priced on how many of your own people research evidence and author findings, and how many deals you start in a year. We do not charge for the people who supply the evidence, from the target uploading its documents to an outside reader opening the issued report, and nothing is metered by page, document, question or token.

The terms that change with the plan

What climbs with the plan

Support, deployment, branding and access control — the terms in the table above.

What never does

Every plan reads with citations under every finding and reports an evidence gap rather than filling it. Defensibility is not a paid extra.

When a report leaves your team

On the deal plans the record travels with it: every issued release is kept as a version behind a review gate, an outside reader passes the confidentiality and non-reliance gates, and the ledger records who accepted which version, when and from where. The base edition’s readiness report is a working draft you regenerate, and it never leaves your workspace — so there is nothing to gate.

For investors

The diligence doesn’t end at close.

A console for a fund reading technology posture across the companies it backs, built from what each company publishes: automatic weekly snapshots, or releases it curates by hand. With the company’s approval a Guest Pass opens a read-only, audited view of live findings. It is licensed on its own, and the figure is confirmed with you.

You buy it inside the console, after a portfolio company invites you onto an evaluation, so there is no sign-up button for it here. The companies’ own contributors are never billed.

Questions

What we get asked before a first deal

What is a deal activation?

Starting diligence on one target company, for a 120-day active window. Each plan includes a number of activations a year and a separate number of deals open at the same time.

What if we are assessing our own company?

That is what the base edition is for: one guided project on your own documents, with the readiness report drafted from them to iterate on, month to month for as long as you need it. On the annual license the same work runs as a standing project instead — open all year, renewing with the license — for a company keeping its own picture current.

Who counts as a paid user?

Anyone at your firm who researches evidence, creates or approves findings, administers deals or authors reports. Contributors at the target, reviewers marking up a release and outside readers of an issued report are free, because they are the ones supplying the evidence.

Are there per-page or per-document charges?

There are none. Nothing is metered by page, document, question, prompt or token. A deal that runs past the activation envelope above is agreed with you in advance, and there are no overage charges.

What happens to our material if we stop paying?

You can download your documents from the viewer, one at a time, and you can ask us to delete your material. Deletion reaches the search index as well as the file store.

Can we use our own review areas and report structure?

In part. How each report section is written is configurable per firm, and the plans that include it let you edit the request list template. You can add your own line items, escalation terms and analysis rules on top of ours. The twelve review areas and their question libraries are set up with us, and how it works describes what that covers.

Is there a private or single-tenant deployment?

Yes, on the upper plans, arranged with us directly. Tell us the constraint you are working under and we will set out what it takes.

Is there a monthly plan?

The base edition is monthly, month to month — or one up-front payment covers the year at a discount, stated on the card. The up-front year is non-refundable. A single deal is a one-time purchase, and the annual license runs for a year. If you buy an annual license within 30 days of a single deal, the whole single-deal price is credited against it.

How do we know it is worth it before we commit?

The interactive tour needs no account and no form. After that, the base edition runs the full review on your own documents at the published figure, and one single deal is the real test on a live target — its price credited in full against an annual license bought within 30 days.
