Exporting a report

PDF and PowerPoint exports, what carries across, and what a recipient can verify.

Export from an issued release. Choose the edition first if your plan has editions — the export inherits it.

Formats

  • PDF — the full document, for circulation and for the file.
  • PowerPoint — the board-pack shape, one argument per slide, ratings and conditions carried across.

What carries across

  • Every finding, with its rating and its review state.
  • Citations, as readable locators: document, page, and where relevant the range or timestamp. A recipient can go and check.
  • Tables, charts, diagrams and figures.
  • The version identifier and issue date, so the export is traceable to a release.
  • The "as of" date on anything drawn from a source-code extract.

What does not

  • Analyst files marked internal, unless you include them deliberately.
  • Unreviewed drafts. An export is of what has been stood behind; if drafts remain, the export says how many were excluded rather than silently dropping them.

Branding

Exports carry your firm's branding where your plan includes it — logo and colors, or full white-labeling on the higher plans.

Availability

Part of the plans that include report export.
