Your profile
Settings → Profile holds your name, email and avatar. Your name appears on review sign-offs and in the report's authorship trail, so it should be the name your firm would want on a deliverable.
Password and two-factor authentication
Change your password from your profile. Turn on two-factor authentication with any standard authenticator app; the workspace can also require it of everyone, which is a setting for whoever administers the organization.
If your firm uses single sign-on, sign-in is handled by your identity provider and password settings do not apply to you.
Notifications
Choose what you are emailed about: analysis finishing, drafts waiting for review, a reviewer raising a thread, a share being opened, or nothing at all. The defaults are deliberately quiet — a system that emails constantly is a system people filter.
Display preferences
Date format, number format and theme. Date format matters more than it sounds in diligence work: a report circulated between offices should not leave anyone guessing whether 03/04 is March or April.
Organization settings
Company name, branding, members and workspace-wide policy live under Organization, and need administrator rights. See Team members and access.
Leaving
You can remove yourself from a workspace; the sign-offs you made stay attributed to you, because a review record that could be erased by the reviewer would not be a record. If you need your personal data removed, see How your data is handled.
