Route a value creation recommendation to vetted expert help instead of leaving it as a recommendation.

overview

A recommendation that nobody has capacity to execute stays a recommendation. Expert help routes a specific lever to vetted people who do that work.

How a request works

  1. Start from the lever. A request carries the recommendation, the evidence behind it and the company context, so the expert is not briefed from scratch.
  2. Say what you want. A scoped piece of work, a second opinion, or an interim hire.
  3. Submit it. The request goes to the Percomb team, who match it and come back to you.

What is and is not shared

A request shares the lever, its evidence and the context you include. It does not open the company's workspace or your console to anybody, and the company is identified only to the extent your request requires.

What you get back

A proposal to consider. Engaging the expert is a commercial arrangement between you and them; the platform records that the request was made and what came of it, so a lever's history shows the intervention.
