Your readiness report is drafted from the documents in your project — not from a questionnaire, and not from a template with your name inserted. That is what makes it useful: it shows you what your evidence supports, which is exactly what a diligence team will see.

What a run does

When you generate the report, Tech DD Ready reads across your project documents, drafts each section from what it finds, and rates each area against the same method a professional technology diligence review uses. Where the evidence is thin, the report says so — a gap named in your own report is a gap you can fix before anyone else names it.

Every statement is drawn from your material. The report never invents process you do not have, because a flattering report would defeat its purpose: you are using it to find what a buyer's adviser would find.

Iterating is the point

Treat the first run as a mirror, not a verdict. The way the report improves is by improving the evidence behind it:

  1. Upload more material against the requests the report showed as thin.
  2. Mark what does not exist as "not available" with a short note, so the gap is an answer instead of a silence.
  3. Regenerate. The new run reads the fuller picture and the sections and ratings move with it.

When the report stops surprising you, you are ready for the real thing.

Your daily generation allowance

Report generation is included with your plan up to a daily allowance, which resets on a rolling 24-hour window. If you reach it, the report screen tells you when the next run unlocks — and adding documents, notes and answers in the meantime is time well spent, because the next run reads all of it. Your current plan's allowance is shown in Billing.
